If you imagine yourself standing in the center of your Birth Chart's wheel looking out, you can see the whole sky around the Earth.

Earth, the Solar System and the Universe are in constant motion. On a birth chart, the wheels are always turning. At the moment of birth, the wheels are stopped and a "snapshot" is taken of the positions of the planets relative to the earth. Even a minute difference can dramatically alter a chart's inter-relationships.
